Lower Dolpo Trek In Nepal, Around dolpo  trek, Dolpo region trek




 This trek takes place in the north � west region of Nepal ,   the Lower parts of Dolpo district .It has been specifically designed for those   who do nothave much time but are willing trek in the remotest parts of Nepal .   This area being on of the remotest and least exposed areas of Nepal, naturally   isolated by the difficult topography still offers opportunity to meet the people  and their lifestyle in a very authentic from almost untouched and unexplored .  Visit to the Shey-Phoskindo National Park and the tarap Valley are the most  interesting and lively places that are enough to overwhelm us with the   authenticity such a lifestyle completely uninfluenced by the modernization . As   this trek penetrates in the lower Dolpo, it does not require any special permit   and royalty as such. Difficulties of Lower Dolpo Trek - Since the terrain can be  hard and the days long, hikers on these treks should be in good physical   condition and have some previous mountain walking experience. But It does not   require any technical experience. Steep climbing may be involved, although it is  never necessary to use ropes.

 Included

Daily itinerary as described, all inclusive camping or   lodge trek with English speaking guide and porters, all meals on trek,all fees and land transportation,
camping gear such as twin sharing   tent, mattress, toilet tent, dinning/kitchen tent, necessary   staff. Not Included:

  Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel by our   Representative. Short briefing for the trip. Check in to the Hotel.O/n   Hotel.
Day 02 : After Breakfast Tour in Kathmandu city and preparation for   the Trekking. O/n Hotel
Day 03 : Kathmandu to Nepalganj (1 hr Flight)
Day  04 : Nepalganj to Juphal to Dunai (Fly & trek 3-4hrs)
Day 05 : Dunai  to Tarakot
Day 06 : Tarakot - Tarap Khola (Lahini Kharka)
Day 07 : Tarap  Khola - Bivo Caves (3500m)
Day 08 : Bivo Cave - Dho Tarap (4200m)
Day 09 :  Dho : (visit gompa)
Day 10 : Dho - Takse (Numla Phedi)
Day 11 : Takse - Numla Pass/ Camp at Baga La
Day 12 : Baga La - Bakhra Kharka
Day 13 :  Bakhara Kharka to Ringmo
Day 14 : Ringmo - Phoksumdo (visit)
Day 15 :  Ringmo/ Regi Gaon
Day 16 : Regi Gaon to Roha Gaon (Raktang)
Day 17 : Roha  Gaon to Juphal Airport
Day 18 : Juphal/ Nepalganj/ Kathmandu
Day 19 :  Free Day in Kathmandu.
Day 20 : Transfer to Airport for your Final  Destination.
